1. Introduction

Welcome to Lynora Labs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, Discord server, and any services provided by Lynora Labs (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

2. Use of Services

Lynora Labs provides a platform for FiveM developers and roleplayers to share resources, connect, and collaborate. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are prohibited from:

• Using our Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Sharing or distributing content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Sharing or distributing malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Services
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services
• Using our Services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

3. No Leaked Content

Lynora Labs has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding leaked or stolen content. We do not allow or participate in the distribution of leaked assets, scripts, or any other intellectual property.

Any user found to be sharing, distributing, or promoting leaked content will be immediately and permanently banned from our community without warning. This includes but is not limited to:

• Paid scripts or resources obtained without purchase
• Pre-release content distributed without authorization
• Modified versions of paid content distributed to bypass payment
• Assets or content obtained through unauthorized access
• Any content explicitly marked as private or proprietary by its creator

4. User Content

Our Services allow you to share content, including but not limited to scripts, MLOs, and other resources ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by sharing it through our Services, you grant Lynora Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with our Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to share it. Lynora Labs is not responsible for any User Content and reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content
• The User Content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• The User Content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• The User Content does not contain any defamatory, obscene, or offensive material
• The User Content does not contain any viruses, malware, or other harmful code

5. Intellectual Property

The Lynora Labs name, logo, website, and all content provided by Lynora Labs (excluding User Content) are the property of Lynora Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our express permission.

6. Discord Server Rules

When using our Discord server, you agree to abide by the following rules:

• Be respectful to all members
• No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• No spamming or excessive self-promotion
• No NSFW content
• No discussion of illegal activities
• No sharing of leaked or stolen content
• Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban from our Discord server and other Services, at the discretion of Lynora Labs staff.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LYNORA LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or reliability of any User Content or third-party content.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LYNORA LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lynora Labs and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Lynora Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
